Woo-hoo! With your help, I reached my 10% goal today in the efforts to fundraise for the making of my new CD! Thank you to all who have made a donation or pre-order so far! I really must say that literally every penny truly helps. This chunk will already allow me to get through my first few recording sessions to lay down some basic tracks over the next couple of weeks. Donate/Pre-Order the CD/New Goodie Packages Available

I’ve just started the process of making a new CD. The producer, engineer, musicians, and songs are picked. All that I need is the funds to help make it happen! About $5000 to be exact! Notice my new page “Donate/Pre-Order the CD” where I’ve provided new options for pre-ordering the CD and making donations to the cause. Some great goodie packages are available for donations of $50 or higher, including t-shirts, personal songs written by request, and house concerts! My ideal goal is to have the full CD, or at least a sampler version, in hand by mid-August. Essentially, I’m making the CD in chunks, on a weekly basis, as I am able to raise money. So, my ability to make a great recording is directly tied to my ability to raise funds, which is directly tied to your support, which is always greatly appreciated. Every dollar counts, literally, so if you can help, please do.

SAVE THE DATE – June 29th for the CD Fundraising Cocktail Party

On Monday June 29th, I’ll be throwing a fundraising party for the CD I’m trying to make! It will be held at Otto’s Shrunken Head from 6pm-10:30pm. Otto’s is located at 538 East 14th Street between Avenue A/B in Manhattan. SAVE THE DATE! Rumor has it that there will be guest performers, a karaoke competition, drink specials, yummy food, and cupcakes galore! And, if you know Otto’s, you know you are in for at least one drink that includes an umbrella and a monkey! Stay tuned for details!
